We went for it without any hesitation.
We’ve formed the world at a quickening pace.
What on earth is this world that we’ ve created?

私たちは振り向くことなく突き進んだ
私たちは加速度的に世界を形成していった
私たちが築いたこの世界は、いったい何だったんだろうか?

Director’s Statement
Using a sheet of graph
paper, which is typically
used for architectural drawings,
I combined straight lines which
stretch out in three directions to
construct the visual. I think that
original fascination with animation is the
limitations. To challenge the limitations,
I started creating animation by using minimal
elements. Apparently, it looks like computer
graphics though it’s really digital animation
drawn by hand.

HORDE

STATERA

Statera is an object made for the working space. The plants, nestled in ceramic pots, balance in a metal structure supported by a stone base. The two halves represent the physical and mental wellbeing that make us whole. We think of it as a gentle reminder to keep balance in your working life.

HIGH TABLE by ehoeho

An elegant twist of the One-Two concept table with metal hair pin style legs, live edge hardwood and a singular off-center dropped box.

CAL

CAL pretends to be timeless, weird and - at some point – a place between reality and perception, an island looped in an island, a close and desaturated system that gets its only colour from error. An aesthetic and psychological moment in time, recorded and distorted.

SLASH LAMP

When is an object designed? When is an object precious, particular? What is broken and what is new? What means the result of a mechanical intervention (more or less violent) on an object? What is an vulgarized object? “/” Lamp is an object that gives the user the chance of choice. A subjective and personal choice. It is an object at the middle of two opposite states. The process of intervention or non-intervention places the object inside one of them. The materials used for building this lamp were inspired by the industrial facilities, by the construction sites: concrete, reinforcing wire, rope climbing, spool for high voltage wires.

OLIVIA KNAPP

Olivia Knapp’s intricate hand drawn pen and ink style is influenced by European line engravings of decorative relief and scientific specimens from the 16th and 17th centuries. Her tight cross hatching technique involves long slow and steady curved lines that articulate the surface contours of her subjects; creating supple and tangible imagery. These un-swelled lines incorporate a “line to dot” rendering method as well as an, extremely rare “dot and lozenge” rendering method. “Dot and lozenge” is a practice that was used by 16th century masters, in which a dot is placed in the center of a diamond shape made by a cross hatching pattern, helping to refine the transition between values.
